Great Yoga Retreat. Meagan is an effective coach as well as being extremely nurturing. It was just what I needed after a busy & stressful winter. The accommodations were immaculate homey and comfortable. Delicious meals topped off this relaxing experience.

We had a wonderful retreat! Meagan is a great instructor and the weekend was action packed. We spent an entire day in Sequoia Park and got to practice yoga outdoors in front of the rushing river! The food was amazing and accommodations were cozy as expected in a bed & breakfast. I would recommend this retreat for anyone who loves yoga, nature and great food!

The was an amazing experience. The accommodations at Sequoia River Dance Bed & Breakfast in Three Rivers was exceptional. The property nestled along the river bank was beauty in it self. The owners made us feel warm and welcomed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Looking forward to making the trip again!

Meagan is a fantastic teacher and I always look forward to her classes. She is very patient and accommodating of any level, injury or special request. I appreciate her encouragement to push yourself while always listening to your body, but never feel judged or pressured by her as I have in some other classes. Meagan brings a light, positive energy to each class and her passion and love for yoga is contagious and inspiring.

Personal yoga instruction in a small group was wonderful — Meagan is an excellent teacher, committed to her yoga practice & students. The food, accommodations & hospotality at Sequoia River Dance B & B were outstanding, as was the location close to Sequoia National Park. Spending time in the park, as a group with the other attendees, was a highlight. I had a wonderful, relaxing, & inspiring time.

She designs her classes with the perfect combination of mental and physical rejuvenation and well being.
She leads the class with a fluidity that blends each pose perfectly into the next.
I also appreciate the way in which she is able to teach to so many levels yoga within in one class.
She is thoughtful by instructing variations of yoga poses depending on people’s physical restrictions and strengths.
